We have over 500 followers on our website...so this CME event may be applicable to more than our PNP colleagues.  Even PNP's can benefit from this workshop as it deals with new moms and their mental health screening--think post-partum depression.  Sometimes the health care provider seeing the newborn at a WCC will pick up subtle signs of trouble with the mother's mental health. 

Amritha Bhat, MD, MPH and Kelly Wurzel, MD are conducting a complimentary half day, CME-accredited workshop focused on mental health screening and treatment during the perinatal period. This training is free and includes lunch. It will take place at Providence Auditorium (20 W 9th Ave, Spokane, WA 99202) on Thursday, October 3rd from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm (lunch and check in are from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm).
