Dr. Lois Chappell, DNP, CRNP, FNP-C has been appointed as a Director-at-Large of the Liberty Chapter of GAPNA. She has been a member of GAPNA for 4 years and is the Clinical Service Manager at Optum. She has provided extensive committee work for the Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioners including the Care for PA Campaign. Please join me in welcoming Lois to our Liberty board!
