Utah Nurse Practitioners (UNP) offers Student Scholarships & Community Service Grant. Deadline for submissions has been extended to November 1 st.
Awards will be presented at the Annual Membership Dinner Event o n November 15th, 2019.
What is available?
- Five Student Scholarships ($500 each)
- One Community Service Grant ($500)
Who is eligible? Applicants must be a UNP student or full member, and reside in Utah.
How to apply: Please submit a completed application form and a 500 word essay to the UNP Scholarship Committee. Applications can be filled out with using our Scholarship & Grant Application Form.
