A Letter from Loretta Ford
Hello Brenda and all: I am recuperating from all the wonderful celebrations you provided for my visit to Utica. Even before I arrived home, messages from TX, NY, IL and other states began arriving with congratulations for Utica's recognition in naming a day for me, a great surprise, a video or announcement that I haven't even seen myself. It must be on U-tube.....and my response is: it is recognition of all NPs, and especially those in the Utica region and NY state.
Your hospitality, its planning and execution, was without bounds. Even being escorted by your wonderful son was a delight, matched only by being a guest of the palace in Thailand. Only I wish he had arrived in a motorcycle so I could ride up to the conference in the back seat! Just kidding of course. Chris is a lovely man and I am sure you are proud of him and your daughters also.
You all are to be complimented for the conduct of the Conference. It was professionally done and carried out. You should be very proud of your accomplishments. I look forward to the evaluations so that I, too, can improve my presentation, for which there is always room. I will send my expenses and receipts, just let me know the mailing address. Also would you please send the Mayor's mailing address? I want to thank him for his participation and generosity.
Thanks.
Warm regards, Loretta
