Dear POSNA Members,  

In our July 28th message we announced the IPOS meeting was moving to a virtual event. As we began to plan what a virtual IPOS would look like, all the programming that is at the core of what makes IPOS the premier orthopedic educational meeting - Top Gun, shoulder to shoulder interaction, small group discussions - cannot be created virtually. In addition, the IPOS faculty had created a stellar program that would be significantly diluted in an online format.   

After much thought and consideration, we had to face the reality that a virtual meeting would never replace the special experience that is IPOS. Earlier this week, POSNA leadership made the decision to cancel virtual IPOS. We are overdue to connect and share time together. We will push through this an emerge even stronger on the other side. We look forward to seeing you at the 2021 Annual Meeting in Dallas! Sincerely,
