This 60-minute webinar aims to increase the Nurse Practitioner’s familiarity, knowledge, and clinical suspicion of Prader Willi Syndrome (PWS).  This event will be held on 10/29/2020 at 7 pm.  

PWS is a rare neurodevelopmental genetic multisystem disorder. Despite improvements in the diagnosis, patients still manage to go undiagnosed until later in life due to decreased knowledge and familiarity with the syndrome. This education is an attempt to increase the participant’s knowledge and familiarity with PWS to improve recognition. Evidence-based resources on PWS will also accompany the webinar to guide future clinical practice.

The educational program on PWS is free of charge and worth one contact hour (CH) for each participant.
