HHS has expanded eligibility for CARES Act Provider Relief Funds and updated reporting requirements for those who receive these funds. 

Newly Eligible Phase 3 General Distribution Providers include Advanced Practice Nursing Providers, Physician Assistants and Behavioral Health Providers.
