I am a doctoral student in the College of Education at Grand Canyon University and am conducting a research study about grit and organizational commitment in Arizona nurse practitioners. Knowledge gained through this study may offer health care leaders insight into a possible connection between two variables that have been shown to relate to workplace retention.
