The executive board is calling for nominations for chapter secretary for the term beginning July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2023. The chapter secretary's responsibilities include attending and keeping minutes of all chapter meetings, maintaining and distributing all meeting documentation, maintaining an up to date contact list of all board members, maintaining the chapter organizational chart, and coordinating all chapter correspondence. The secretary is a member of the executive board and participates in all board decisions.  

Working with the executive board is a wonderful opportunity to network, make a difference in the nurse practitioner professional landscape and make some really good friends along the way. The time commitment is reasonable, 4 meetings a year with other work done on your time. Meetings have been via Zoom this past year, so travel has been minimal.
