The 27th Annual CMH Advanced Practice Conference will be held virtually on October 1, 2021.  The conference planning committee will be hosting a poster presentation during the conference.  We would love to highlight the great work our advanced practice nurses, physicians assistances and students have completed over the year.  Please submit abstracts and/or posters from completed research,  quality improvement projects, process improvement project, or other scholarly works for consideration for the conference.   The posters will add to the conference learning experience.  The poster presentation may also help interested advanced providers in meeting one of the requirements for the APRN III promotion.  

Posters will be up for “Best Poster” contest with prize!

Proposal forms are due by August 27, 2021.
