PA or NP Position Job Description :

New York Center for ENT, Sinus & Allergy Seeking Per Diem Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant 

Collaborative Care at 2 Prolific Brooklyn Locations with an established Patient Base & Opportunity for Personal & Professional expansion

Goals include:
• Mastering Head & Neck Exam
• Combining History & Physical to generate Treatment Plan 
 • Interpreting & Incorporating various studies including Audio/Imaging/Allergy Test/Sleep Study/etc
• Learning Pre-operative work-up
• Providing post-operative care
• Assessing Surgical candidacy
• Fielding phone calls regarding meds/instructions
• Graduated responsibility to perform various procedures : 
• Nasal endoscopy / fiberoptic laryngoscopy / Cerumen removal / nasal debridement / nasal cautery & packing /  / foreign body removal / myringotomy etc.

Eventual patient base under your direct care

•"Easy” pts initially chosen by MDs
•Patient & Staff Understanding of you as a Medical Partner
•Gratifying practice of your own within an already established Head & Neck Practice with promise and longevity
