This toolkit comes from Dr. Deb Mattheus, PhD, APRN, CPNP-BC, Nancy Atmospera-Walch Endowed Professor in School Health & Associate Professor, Senior Practice Director Hawaii Keiki: Healthy & Ready to Learn and Smiles for Life Oral Health Champion for the State of Hawaii.
