The Florida Nurse Practitioner Network (FNPN) promotes nursing education as the cornerstone of professional growth and development. Scholarships are awarded to Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Students who seek to further their nursing knowledge and clinical expertise, and to those who desire to become leaders in transforming healthcare. Scholarship awards are intended to help defray the cost of tuition, books, and expenses related to APRN education, or to provide a source of funding for APRN-led doctoral projects and research.

In 2022, FNPN will award the following scholarships at our annual conference in Orlando, Florida where we will be celebrating our 20th Anniversary. Named Scholarships include the prestigious Dr. Loretta C. Ford Advanced Nursing Practice Student Scholarship and the Dr. Jean Aertker Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Advocacy Scholarship. All scholarship awards will be announced during the annual conference. Recipients will be notified approximately two (2) weeks prior to the annual conference.
