Our thoughts and prayers at the Florida Nurse Practitioner Network go out to the Volusia Flagler Advanced Practice Nursing Council in Region 2 and the family of Dr. Janice Hess on her passing on January 29, 2022. Jan's activism and dedication helped lay the foundation for many important practice milestones for Florida NPs. A celebration of Jan’s life will take place at Lake Helen Methodist Church on Saturday, April 2 at 1:30 pm.
