The ATC Coalition sent their False Facts to every NJ legislator the second week of May.
Today, Lobbyists for SPAPN, NJSNA (& FNAP) and APNs-A are sending the APN response authored by myself and Suzanne Drake, to all our bill sponsors; it will ultimately go to all legislators.
It is important for APNs to be armed with real facts when corresponding with or visiting legislators re. APN FPA bill(s) S1522/A2286, and the White Paper which explains the rationale for FPA with documentation.
Note that the APN response is filled with hyperlinks which can be accessed when opening doc on computer; if it is printed out, you lose access to the hyperlinks.
