Attached please find the proposed changes to the Chicagoland Chapter bylaws.

There are two attachments provided:  One with highlighted changes in Red and another updated version.

Please review at your leisure.  We would like to have a vote and the next upcoming quarterly meeting on November 10, 2022.

Please note one significant change is the formal name of the chapter from CGAPN (Chicagoland Gerontologic Advance Practice Nurses) to CGAPNA  (Chicagoland Gerontologic Advance Practice Nurses Association).
