If you are an Autonomous APRN and will be signing a DNR order, it is recommended that you also attach a copy of F.S. 464.0123 highlighting the exact language that states you can sign any documents that the physician can sign. This would possibly prevent any questioning of your signature since there is not a place for the APRN to sign on the document.
