I wanted to pass along this information regarding a new CE requirement for DEA registrants. I’ve also provided a link below containing a letter from the DEA as it relates to an 8 hour CE course on controlled substances.

The 8 hour CE course will meet licensure renewal requirements, if the completed course contains our required content areas. You may refer to Section 464.013, Florida Statutes to review pertinent language.
