It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Helene DiSantos.  Helene was a longtime and valued member of the VFAPNC and was instrumental in creating this group.  She worked as a nurse practitioner for many decades and her contributions to this association and the healthcare community will not be forgotten.  A celebration of life will be held on:
