Hi All, particularly if you are on our legislative committee, Our Preceptor Tax Credit Bill is being heard on Tuesday, May 9 at the rise of the Senate, typically around 4:30.  It will be in front of the Senate Finance Committee, in Room 211.  If you plan to attend in person, the process is that you "sign in" when you get there. It will ask if you want to testify in person or if you just are there in support. Please note, these meetings are VERY long, so plan accordingly.  If you just want to submit written testimony, please do it before 2:00 PM tomorrow.  

Be sure to put "Senate Finance Committee " and  the bill number  S 0245 on the top with your name and affiliation on the line below.  Indicate if you are "in support" or "against" the bill.  Any questions, email me directly.   dcoppa@uri.edu
