The PC-NPR Residency Program is a comprehensive 12-month supportive program for nurse practitioners with <1 year of NP experience. The interprofessional training program will prepare and facilitate the transition of new NPs through  the first clinical year by providing education, role-modeling, and mentoring as NP residents develop advanced nursing practice, leadership and scholarly skills that are vital to providing world-class care to Veterans
