Hello Everyone,

The University of South Alabama College of Nursing Advanced Nursing Education Nurse Practitioner Residency program will begin this Fall for the 2023-2024 residency cohort.

We have one Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) residency position available. Please share the attached flyer and application link with all new PMHNPs and Dual Role PMHNP/FNPs that you know who completed their NP specialty within the past 18 months.

The application deadline has been extended to October 10, 2023. We consider all applicants who complete an accredited MSN or Post Graduate Certificate (PGC) program. 

This is a great opportunity for a NP who wants to continue their education and experiential learning in a formal NP residency program.

The residency is a full time 12-month salaried position with benefits and is funded through Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
