The SFCAPN would like to congratulate Dr. Marlene (Pinky) Chance on receiving the Distinguished Alumna Award in Nursing Practice and Advocacy from the University of the Philippines this weekend. Dr. Chance is a founding member and honorary board member for the SFCAPN.
