The Arkansas Department of Health is conducting a web survey of fungal disease diagnosis, treatment, and testing for healthcare professionals in the state of Arkansas. Results of this survey will be used to develop resources to help Arkansas healthcare professionals better identify, diagnose, and treat fungal diseases, and identify where the Arkansas Department of Health can be of service to providers. They invited ANPA members to participate.The survey is through REDCap and only takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
