ONL NJ is pleased to offer a special virtual education program that will take a deep dive into best practice strategies to Connect the Dots in improving the care continuum.
There are two special keynote presentations. Dr. David Barile, founder and chief medical officer, Goals of Care Coalition of New Jersey will walk us through his presentation "The Journey of Advance Care Planning." Jill O'Keeffe, Esq., vice president and general counsel at AtlantiCare will address the topic "Soup to Nuts: Legal Overview of Surrogate Decision Making." The last session of the program is a panel discussion with a distinguished group of leaders who represent acute care nursing, case management, guardian representatives, hospice and pastoral care.
Nursing continuing education credits will be awarded. Member price is $40, nonmember price is $65. Please share this with your colleagues across the continuum. It is open to the interdisciplinary team.
