Update: 
A few years ago ANPA advocated for Nurse Practitioner signature authority legislation in Arkansas.  The law passed updating the Arkansas Business and Professions code.   It granted for APRNs to legally certify handicapped placards and disabled parking permits. However, the form was not updated and continued to asked for a physicians signature. Your lobbyist Lance Eads has been actively involved in correcting this.  We are excited to announce the form is now corrected.
