ANPB  mourns the loss of the greatest Health Care Leader, Dr. Loretta Ford.  Dr. Ford created  the Nurse Practitioner role in 1965.  Dr. Ford was known for her wit and wisdom, I leave you with one of her most memorable  quotes, "Our  Profession is a Registered Nurse our role is a Nurse Practitioner".
