My name is Sam DeHart (sdehart@vols.utk.edu) and I’m currently a doctoral student at the University of Tennessee. I’m currently working on a study exploring how events healthcare workers experience on the job impact their mental health and well-being. Specifically, we are looking for healthcare workers who have experienced an event at work where they might have acted, or failed to act, in a way that was contrary to their own personal beliefs and values.
