A limited number of submissions will be selected. Proposals will undergo a blind review to ensure the following:
- Proposals include accurate and complete information.
- Content is current, evidence-based and suitable for a seminar or workshop presentation duration.
- The presentation does not promote personal interest in a service, book or product.
- The presenter's experience indicates expertise in the subject area.
- The backgrounds of the conference presenters (as a group) are diverse.
Submit your proposal by 6 p.m. ET on Monday, July 7, 2025. A separate submission must be completed for each podium, seminar, workshop or poster proposal. Applicants are allowed up to four 60-minute podium submissions and no more than two submissions for seminars and workshops. Only one co-presenter is allowed for sessions. Workshop assistants are separate from presenters.
