Meeting Preliminaries

• President’s greeting and call to order
• Special recognition of outgoing officers
• Introduction of new officers; recognition of NP students and guests
• Approval of November’s Business Meeting Minutes  [Motion to approve made by Stephanie Gerhart; seconded by Vivian Jimenez; approved unanimously]
• December 2024 party
• Job announcements None 

New Business

• Membership forms and fees- $30 for student members, $60 for members All done electronically on SPNPA ENP website. Can be set up for auto renewal. It is a rolling membership. This allows you to become a member of the group at any point throughout the year and membership will be up for renewal or expire one year from date of joining/renewal. 

**Please register or renew membership to continue to receive full access to all membership benefits.  

Old Business

• Committee sign-ups for 2025 (serve for 1 year). Please consider signing up as we have more involvement from the committees towards the end of the year. 

• Community relations/ PR committees 
• Member/Student Liaison Committee
• Legislative Committee 
• Scholarship and Professional Development Committee
• Program Committee 
• Nominating Committee
• Reminder:  Emails from our ENP site - If you are not receiving email messages from posts from our ENP site, you will need to send a message to the ENP IT Customer Services through the website or email them support@enpnetwork.com to get your email removed from their SPAM list.

Miscellaneous Announcements

• All SPNPA meetings will start at 6 p.m. to allow for business meetings, networking, introductions, recognition, etc. 
• February meeting will be a non-business meeting.
• TTUHSC School of Nursing’s 29th Annual Nurse Practitioners Conference on March 6-7th. Register online; classroom ACB 150 and zoom.
