This past Sunday, the New Jersey Palliative Care APN Consortium proudly participated in the NJ Sharing Network 5K Walk. It was a beautiful day to honor and remember those who gave the gift of life and celebrate those who have received a second chance. Coming together as a team to support such a meaningful cause was both inspiring and rewarding.
