Meeting Preliminaries

• President’s greeting and call to order
• Approval of August’s Business Meeting Minutes  [Motion to approve made by Kim; seconded by Stephanie]
• Job announcements: Psychiatric NP; contact Kim Billingsley 
• Introduction of officers, recognition of NP students and guest

New Business

• Pay dues for membership
• Nominations for next NP highlight; email nominees to SPNPA
• No one submitted application for scholarships
• New design for T-shirts and sweatshirts, possible holiday design 
• For NP SPNPA will be purchasing current members T-shirts, please document size 
• SPNPA group picture at next meeting, bring lab coats
• Nominate NP of year; will be presented with award at NP luncheon in November
• Nominate 2026 SPNPA Vice President
• Choose Lubbock Impact to donate this year; bring hygiene products to next meeting
• Discussed year end gathering which takes place in December

Old Business

• Membership forms and fees- $30 for student members, $60 for members All done electronically on SPNPA ENP website. **Please register or renew membership to continue to receive full access to all membership benefits.  
• Monthly SPNPA meetings date and times will be posted 2 weeks prior to meeting on Facebook and ENP website.
• There is $14,000.00 in the SPNPA bank account.
