Our 2011 Legislative Agenda has been streamlined and consolidated to provide greater focus.  Our bill to remove Statutory Collaboration will remain a high priority and will now be known as the NP Modernization Act to more aptly reflect its intended result.  Our Global Signature bill will remain an important companion to the NP Modernization Act and will be written to provide the greatest relief possible from major practice barriers.  DNR and Death Certificate bills will be pursued both within the broader context of end of life decision making.  Our Mental Health Access bill remains an important part of our Agenda and has already been introduced in the Assembly!
