I hope you are all having great semesters and great experiences.  So, as I round at EMC I am often approached by doctors looking for nurse practitioners.  They are looking for independent, strong leaders, with an ability to learn quickly and start rounding with them.  I began to ask physicians if they were willing to mentor last semester students, to see if they would be a good fit.  And....most of them said YES!  What a great way to end your courses.....knowing you have a JOB!!!!  So, for those of you interested.....contact: Dr. Younes (infectious disease), Dr. Azam (internal medicine),  or Dr. Vachhani (internal medicine).  If you have any questions....just let me know.
