Dear Stakeholders,

We're very pleased to announce that after 11 months of full time development we were finally able to deploy the 2.0 version of ENP Network this month. I'm sure you have all noticed some look and feel changes to your group website. Perhaps one of the most important changes to mention is that the "Moderator Control Panel" is no longer located above group header image. Its been relocated directly above your "Home" navigation tab quite simply because we ran out of space and have so many new features coming!

I wanted to take a moment today to list the top 10 updates we've made to your group website.  

Additional Updates and Changes Include:

1. New Layout for your group creating a more professional and less boxy look and feel

2. Larger Header Images for every group allowing for higher resolution images and logos

3. New Layout for Events, Announcements and Job detail pages

4. Improved search features throughout each section 

5. Intelligent new member signup system that suggests statewide and local groups to a user during the signup process based upon their location. This feature is helping to spread awareness and grow group membership quickly.

6. Revised login system that removes the need for a popup windows

7. Major update to the password reset feature that was once again overhauled this week to account for users with very old browsers

8. New group invite feature allowing your group the ability to invite colleagues to follow your website simply by entering a list of up to 50 e-mails. If the colleague is already following your group it does nothing, if they are on ENP Network or another group on our network it sends a very nice message with a link to follow your group and lastly if they don't have an account anywhere on the network it sends a very nice branded e-mail enticing the non member to start following your group. We'll be talking more about this soon and posting a new member signup competition in early February.

9. Improved User Profiles - Each user account on ENP Network now has a very professional user profile containing several new features and user settings. This section can be accessed easily by clicking on the "My Home" link in the global header and its already led to a 123% increase in traffic to your group sites. We will be discussing more about this section soon also.

10. Events RSVPs - Events RSVPs are now managed through the user profile and attendees have the ability to cancel their RSVP in a section of their profile titled "My Events" this section contains the upcoming events they have already RSVP'd to and the past events they attended. As we rollout our waiting list feature and also the automatic RSVP reminder feature this section will help increase meeting attendance and decrease the no shows.

Throughout the course of 2011 starting in February we will be posting to this new collaboration site often to not only inform you of new feature development but also to ask for your valuable insight and feedback. We will also be posting frequent webinar's to walk through features and help you get better oriented with your websites.
