The Florida Council of Advanced Practice Nursing - PAC is encouraging all NPs in the state of Florida to go to the Orlando Sentinel's  website and take their survey regarding nurse practitioners in the state of Florida.  In this article, the FMA spokeswoman states that giving NPs the right to prescribe controlled substances is dangerous.  The PAC is encouraging NPs to write the editor of the Sentinel and take the survey.  Visit the PACs website at www.cap-pac.org to learn more about this PAC and their work for NPs.  Visit www.orlandosentinel.com to view the article from Wed.
