Before ENP Network came along your associations were scattered all over the web making them very hard for nurse practitioners to locate. Our larger directory has helped change this and new sites on the network typically see about a 1000% increase in monthly traffic once they become part of the larger ENP Network platform. Marketing VS Time and Resources

Marketing is essential for growth in any organization and your association is no different. In order for you to grow you must do a better job letting your colleagues know about your association and provide a simple way for them to start “following your association”. Hopefully you're aware that this feature is already in place on your site and it’s working very well! However the question still remains how do you find time to market your association website to colleagues that are not members or following your site without spending hours creating e-mails or incurring additional expense?

The Solution!!

 We’ve recently launched a new “Colleague Invite Resource / Feature” and its already located in your “Moderator Control Panel” titled “Invite Colleagues to Follow your Group” This new feature easily allows you the ability to invite colleagues to follow your group without doing anything other than pasting e-mails into a entry field.

Here’s how it Works

1. Login to your group website
2. Click on the “Moderator Control Panel” located directly above your HOME link in your navigation
3. Within this section you'll see a link titled “Invite colleagues to follow your group” click on this link
4. You will now be at a page that allows you to enter up to 50 e-mails into an entry field and also set a custom message. It’s important to note that a comma must separate each e-mail address or the e-mail addresses must be on different lines for the feature to work properly. 

Here’s why you’ll love it!

This feature takes all of the e-mails in the entry field and determines if they are already following your group website or not. If they are already following your group it sends out nothing, but if they are not following your group it sends out a very nice e-mail from your group containing links that bring the user back to your custom signup page to enroll.

Remember that once a colleague is following your group you can easily communicate with them via e-mail broadcasts on announcements, events or custom messages!
