Proposed Rules for the newly passed legislation related to advanced practice nurses and prescriptive authority for Scheduled medications is attached along with a draft of the application.  Please read carefully.  A public hearing is scheduled for July 18th in Montgomery.  If you have comments but cannot attend the July 18th meeting, please forward comments to me (email below) and I will consolidate the responses and provide the feedback at the meeting.
