New Feature Deployed - Upload Meeting Minutes & Bylaws
Were excited to announce that we've just deployed a new feature that will allow you to upload your groups meeting minutes and bylaws without help from our team.
This new feature is already listed in your "Moderator Control Panel" and is titled:
Post bylaws and meeting minutes
I've listed the steps to use this feature below along with a screenshot:
- Log into your groups Moderator Control Panel and click on the "Post Bylaws and Meeting Minutes" link
- Use the toggle to select what type of file you are uploading either Bylaws or Meeting Minutes
- Enter the date of the Meeting Minutes or Bylaws update
- Use the (choose file) button to locate and upload the meeting minutes or bylaws file from your computer "We recommend PDF's"
- You also have the option to send out a broadcast e-mail to inform your group members. This e-mail will contain a link to to the specific file your uploading.
Its important to note that this feature will automatically arrange the files by date and also require that a user has full access before they are allowed to view your meeting minutes or bylaws. We're already in the process of converting all of your existing meeting minutes and bylaws over to this new section so you dont have to anything except start uploading new files as they become available.
