It is GREAT joy that I report the tremendous success evident today at the Alabama Board of Medicine Controlled Substances Conference in Birmingham. 375 registered for this conference today of which 95% are NPs! The mood of the group is very positive in this stage of achieving our ability to apply for a DEA # and the ability to provide the care we are trained to provide. Thanks to all who have helped us to get to this point. We still have a lot to do but we are on the right path working together for a common goal!
