The Utah Domestic Violence Council Healthcare Workgroup would like to inform you about an available resource to assist you with your patients who disclose they are victims of domestic violence. The workgroup has developed domestic violence palm cards. This card can be given to patients who are in a domestic violence situation and want resources, it includes a safety plan and the statewide domestic violence link line telephone number.
