I would like to thank, Jennifer Klimek-Yingling's NP class at SUNY IT for the opportunity to speak with the class about the importance of being part of an organization like the NPA. Issues such as legislation allowing patients a choice in their healthcare along with current legislative issues were discussed. The Mohawk Valley Chapter looks forward to their membership and support as colleagues in such a rewarding profession. And remember professional collaboration is the responsibility of all healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible patient outcomes through evidence based practice.
