 "We have received a federal grant to be used for registration fees for the course. As part of the federal grant, the registrants would be required to prove eligibility for the grant funds. If you identify individuals that you would like to send to the course, please send their name and contact information (email address) and we will forward the necessary paperwork for the grant process and registration."
