Legislative Update: April 12, 2011 10:03 PM:  OUR BILL JUST PASSED!!

H.B. 303 passed the Senate at 10:03pm tonight by a vote of 52-2 on Day 39 of the 40 day session.

It will now go to the Governor for his signature.

Congratulations everyone, especially to all who called and or wrote members of the General Assembly throughout this long and sometimes frustrating process.
