Please join all 9 Santa Clara County Stroke Certified Hospitals & two stroke outreach programs; To help spread the message about: Stroke symptoms, calling 911, and risk factors. Volunteers needed:

To help with blood pressure screening and distributing infomational cards in English, Vietnamese and Spanish.

2 hours (10-12 or 12 to 2 PM or 2 PM to 4 PM)
