On the home page, on the top of the page you will see find your legislator section

Put in your address or zip code.

There tons are of information about bills, the process and legislators.

At National NAPNAP, go to Home Page, on the left hand side, there is listed Cap-wiz, hit that and again much information maybe obtained.
