A message from the NPA Brooklyn/Queens Chapter

The NPA New York 29th annual conference will commence October 25th and run through October 27th this year in Saratoga Springs. The theme of the conference is "Service to Others, Caring for All". We encourage all the NPs, NP students and friends to attend the conference. To encourage NP students' involvement to the NPA event, the NPA Brooklyn/Queens Chapter will sponsor one NP student to attend the conference by covering the conference registration fees and the up to 3 nights of lodging cost. A contest will be held to select a winner.

Requirement:

1. currently enrolled in a NP program,
    
2. must be a current full or student member of the NPABrooklyn/Queens chapter

Essay Guidelines:

1. essay must be no longer than 500 words
    
2. essay must include reasons that one should be selected.
    
3. cover letter that contains name of the contestant, address, email address, phone number
    
4. the actually body of the essay must not contain any personal information for blind review.

Submission deadline is 10/10/2013.
