NEW IMPROVED RULES TO INCREASE PARTICIPATION IN OUR HOLIDAY CHALLENGE: 

Only one member of the each team needs to be DNA 30 member, so recruit you family, friends, coworkers, neighbors  and anybody else that you can think of! Send me your team name and members by 11/20/2013. All other rules are the same, please see below 

 It will start the day after Thanksgiving 11/26/13 and run through Valentine Day 2/14/14. There will be teams of four that will record exercise activity in minutes for each member for each week. Any exercise  activity over 30 minutes counts! Each team will have a leader who will record those minutes and submit them to Kate Martinez (president elect) each week by midnight on Saturday. Minutes will be added each week and the team with the most minutes will win this challenge. There will be awesome prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and some smaller prizes along the way, there will be weekly announcement about how each team is doing. This is a great way to stay on track during the holiday season and a great start for the New Year.
