Survey Testers Needed!

San Jose, CA
The Silicon Valley Chapter for Nurse Practitioners

UCSF is working with the California Department of Health Care Services to survey Nurse Practitioners and Certified Nurse Midwives about their use of Health Information Technologies. This project is related to Federal incentive payments for HIT adoption. The surveys will be mailed in October, so if you receive one, it would be very helpful if you complete it.

In preparation for the survey, UCSF is looking for 10 people to spend about 20-30 minutes on the phone with a UCSF researcher to review the draft survey carefully and make suggestions for changes to ensure the survey is clear and sensible. We are able to offer a $15 gift card to Target to thank you for your time.

You must be working in an advanced practice role to be eligible for this survey testing.
