The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida Foundation and the Center have been selected by the Future of Nursing: Campaign for Action to help our state achieve the eight recommendations described in the 

Institute of Medicine report –

The Future of Nursing: Leading Change, Advancing Health. We are conducting this survey to identify those who are interested in being a part of the process and to determine where Florida is in relationship to each of the recommendations.
